In no event shall the total aggregate liability of pina77 to you for any claims arising from or related to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pina77 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

pina77 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under this Agreement caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, civil unrest, or any other event constituting a force majeure under applicable Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

pina77 reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Determination by pina77 that continued account operation poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.

In the event of account termination for reasons other than a verified breach of these Terms by the User, any available and verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification and review procedures. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, pina77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonus credits, and pending winnings without obligation to the User.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11.3 Game Dispute Procedure

12. Amendments to These Terms
